Comment posted October 13, 2010 by: Vince Bandille - (a.k.a - Vinny Vino) NYC I've had the good fortune of working on several short films over the past two years. Out of all of them, none could hold a candle to the level of professionalism I experienced on Bill Sorice's short film Vinny Vino by his production company, Cold Gin Productions. Hands down the most polished, courteous, and caring set I have ever worked on as an actor. I was privileged to play the title role, Vinny Vino, and was there for each day of the shoot. From holding, to transport, and everything in-between, Bill ran a first-rate set. His presence on the set (as director/writer,) was one that bought great comfort to all involved. He's an actor's director for sure. Bill had a vision and he stayed true to it all the way. And it paid off! Vinny Vino has been selected for nine festivals and counting. It earned an award and was also voted audience favorite for one of the NYC festivals. And I believe its success is directly due to Bill?s steadfast belief in his origina! l vision for this film, and his uncompromised professionalism from start to end. I can only pray that I have the opportunity to work with Cold Gin Productions again, and again. I truly believe Bill and his company are destined for great things.
Comment posted October 6, 2010 by: Matilda Szydagis, "Aude", NYC Bill Sorice was just absolutely fantastic to work with! I had the pleasure and great opportunity of being cast in "Vinny Vino" as the Eastern European mobster girlfriend, Aude. I had a blast filming, everyone involved with Cold Gin was so professional yet down to earth, which is the perfect combo in my opinion. Bill put everyone at ease with his humor, charisma, and sympathetic nature. I'd work with Bill and Cold Gin again in a heart beat. Vinny Vino Part 2 Electric Boogaloo!!

Bill Sorice is a brilliant actor. He has the rare talent of reacting realistically to dialog without detracting from the scene around him.
